Organizational Membership: Open to non-profit or public health care entities, which provide comprehensive primary health care services, are governed by a representative, consumer-majority Board of Directors, and are committed to the mission and goals of NACHC. This is a voting membership.
HCCN Associate Membership: This NACHC membership category is a non-voting category open to any separately incorporated health center controlled network entity that is not otherwise eligible for NACHC Organizational Membership and that supports the mission of NACHC. Member benefits apply to individuals who are employed by the HCCN. HCCN board members and consultants are not eligible for member benefits through the HCCN’s membership.
Corporate Membership: Open to any for-profit or not-for-profit organizations and companies that provide services or products to primary health care programs and support the mission and goals of NACHC. This is a non-voting membership.
Associate Membership: Open to non-profit primary health care organizations which are committed to the mission and goals of NACHC, and which are ineligible for and/or do not meet the criteria of Organizational Membership. This is a non-voting membership.
Individual Membership: Open to individuals who support the mission and goals of NACHC. This is a non-voting membership.
College Health Professional Membership: This membership category is a FREE individual membership open exclusively to all enrolled health professional students who are committed to the mission and goals of NACHC.
