1. What do I do if I can't find what I am looking for?
You have a few options available to you if you can't find the resources you need. First, be sure that you are searching for the resources using as few descriptors as possible so that more results will be returned. You can also try submitting a more specific question or contacting the training & technical assistance using the web contact form.

2. What types of resources can I submit to the HRClearinghouse?
You may submit web, document, image and audio files. The following formats are acceptable: Website URL (HTTP://), PDF, MS Word, Text File, Rich Text Format, PowerPoint, JPG, GIF, MP3 and WAV. Your file must not be larger than 10 MB, and you may upload one file at a time.

3. Can I submit copyrighted material or resources that aren't mine?
Instead of submitting copyrighted files to us, develop a brief summary of what the resource is about and why it's helpful and provide information on how to obtain the resource from the rightful owner, vendor or organization in your description. If the resource was developed at your facility, please make sure you have permission to publish the resource online at NACHC prior to submitting it.
